VoIP Detective 2.3 brings a wave of new reporting power across all platforms. CUCM users gain several new reports — hunt groups, top talkers, and departments — along with smarter search filtering and richer tailored report emails with charts. MS Teams and Webex users get the same chart improvements, plus certificate-based authentication for Teams. Under the hood, we’ve rebuilt the backup and restore process from the ground up, added a background job queue so long-running tasks no longer block your workflow, and squashed 8 bugs across CUBE, CUCM, and Teams.

Backup Changes:

Admins will need to do the following after updating:

  • log into the command line interface (CLI) using SSH, or your hypervisor console
  • 5. configure Linux OS services
  • 9. configure SSH (port 22)
  • 5. install outbound SSH (for backups and remote SFTP server access)

Webex users: Database changes may cause a longer than normal update window.
