The administrator report is designed to allow the system administrator to search any call across your Webex Calling instance without restriction. Standard data is returned, such as calling number, called number, duration, etc, as well as technical information such as the call outcome, rejection reason, and redirection reason. This report can be viewed inside of the VoIP Detective web interface, or exported.

All Calls (Inbound and Outbound) Report
The All Calls report is designed to pull a very simple list of all calls to and from a single number. Using this report you’ll see every call associated with the number you choose. This result is available to end users, managers, and administrators – end users can pull this report on themselves, managers can report on their assigned team, and administrators can report on any number.

End users and Administrators will find this interface easy to use. Just pick the number to report on, and the timeframe and that’s all that is needed.
Once you’ve run the all calls search, you are presented with an easy to read table. Quickly export the results, or schedule it to be emailed to you at a later time.

Inbound Call Report
The inbound call report can be run for a single extension, user, or virtual number in order to show calls that were directed to that line.

Team Report
Arguably the most popular report in VoIP Detective, the team report gives a very easy to understand summary of your the calls to and from users on your team. This report is designed for a manager to run, so that they have a high level view of those who report to them, along with the ability to drill down further where needed. A team is assigned by the VoIP Detective Administrator, and can include extensions, users, virtual numbers – any number that can be reported on in Webex.

VoIP Detective’s Team Search will allow a manager or group leader to quickly see the performance of their team. Just choose the filters and options you’d like, along with a timeframe and that’s it.
The Team Search is easy to read, plus by clicking on any of the summary metrics in this image, the manager can drill down to individual calls.
