Full call reporting for users of Microsoft Teams
CUCM Sync
Pull end user names from CUCM into VoIP Detective. This would allow for reports to not only show extension (i.e. 2133), but also name (2133 – Ian Hughes).

Improve the export system and add additional formats (XLSX, CSV, PDF)
Tailored Reports
Allow users to schedule any report to be emailed at the time and day of their choosing
