This release delivers a complete redesign of the CUCM CDR import process, which now spawns multiple parallel workers to significantly speed up imports—progress can be monitored directly from Admin → CUBE Import Status.
Admin search sees major enhancements as well, including improved MS Teams support with new options to display caller and callee UPNs and query participant data, along with a faster quick search mode, a new Grouped Search option, and cluster name visibility.
On the Webex side, administrators can now receive email alerts when failed/error calls cross a defined threshold, helping teams catch call quality issues proactively. Rounding out the release are numerous additional improvements—including report groups, remote syslog support, and SFTP/FTP archiving of raw CDR files—plus a range of bug fixes spanning busy hour reporting, backup reliability, and a potential SQL injection fix on the admin config page.
